The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No. 406/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) & 238 of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Mayank Maliaz, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. On 23.10.2024, dead body of an unknown person was recovered from the compounded land of the informant. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor anything was recovered on his pointing out. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused Sonu Nayak. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
