Learned counsel for petitioner, on instruction given by his client, submits that till date no charge sheet has been submitted. 3. Sri Ajay Kumar Gautam is a proxy counsel and obviously he has no instruction from concerned respondent about status of inquiry. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, in case inquiry is still not initiated or if initiated but not concluded, the same may be concluded within a period of six weeks from today, subject to cooperation of petitioner. In case inquiry is not concluded within aforesaid period, order of suspension will be deemed to be kept in abeyance, subject to outcome of inquiry. 5.
