Since identical issues involved in the above mentioned writ petitions, they are being heard and decided by this common order. 2. By the present writ petitions, the petitioners who are working as Lecturer (LB) in the School Education Department preferred the present writ petition seeking a direction towards the respondent 4 / 4 authority to consider the initial date of appointment of the petitioners i.e. 06.10.1998 & 09.09.1998 respectively for giving the benefit of old pension scheme. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have submitted representations before the Secretary/respondent authorities and the same are pending, it has not been decided till date. Learned counsel for the petitioners are seeking a limited direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representations pending before the respondent authorities. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents/ State submits that looking to the limited prayer of the petitioners, these writ petitions can be disposed of with a direction to the Secretary to consider the representations within a stipulated period. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 6. Looking to the fact that the representations of the petitioners are pending since 2023, the concerned authority/ respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and decide the respective representations of the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of 50 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
