This Court directed the 2 nd respondent to consider the representation dated 06.06.2024. Therefore, taking into consideration of the same, this Court directed the 2 nd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 06.06.2024, which implies the respondent Authority to consider the petitioner's application dated 20.03.2019.
