The present petition has been filed seeking the following main relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding and directing the opposite parties to consider the case of the petitioner for transfer from District- Banda (Prayagraj Zone) to Agra Range on the basis of compassionate (Anukampa) ground where the petitioner treatment is going on in other district of the petitioner is working in the Police Department within a stipulated period of time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3.
