[2025:RJ-JP:20053] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No. 1878/2010 MeghSingh son of Shri Mohan Singh, Resident of Purani Chhawani, Dholpur, District Dholpur. ----Appellant Versus 1. United India Insurance Company Ltd. Branch office Dhoolkot road, Dholpur (Raj.) 2. Vishambhar Singh son of Shri Raghuveer Singh, Resident of Purani Chhawani, Tehsil and District Dholpur (Raj.) ----Respondents For Appellant(s) : Mr. Anil Jain with Mr. Dushyant Jain Mr. Udit Shrama For Respondent(s) : Mr. Brajesh Sharma HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANEESH SHARMA Order 13/05/2025 As per order-sheets dated 10.08.2017 and 21.09.2023, it has come on record that the sole appellant has expired and counsel for the appellant sought time to take necessary steps. Today again a request was made by counsel for the appellant seeking more time to take appropriate steps for bringing LRs of the appellant on record. But in view of the order-sheets dated 10.08.2017 and 21.09.2023, there is no justification to grant more time to the appellant. Since, the appellant has failed to bring legal heirs of the sole appellant within the time prescribed under the law, this appeal is dismissed as abated. Any other pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of. (MANEESH SHARMA),J SOURAV /2
