The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to grant the concession of anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.0118 dated 20.12.2024 under Sections 420, 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Daresi, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana. 2. In compliance of order dated 16.07.2025, passed by this Court, Mr. Rupinder Singh, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana is present in Court. 3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from DCP Rupinder Singh, submits that the cancellation report has been prepared and approved in the present case and shall be presented before the competent Court of law, within a period of two weeks from today. 4. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such. 5.
