The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No. 89/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 334(1), 303(2), 61, 317(2), 317(4) & 112(2) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro. 3. On 07.03.2025, theft was committed in the jewelry shop of the informant. Unknown thieves took away jewelries and other valuable articles from there. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 6. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material available against the petitioner on record, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
