CMP Nos.15558 and 16326 of 2025 CMP No.15558 of 2025 has been filed by the Insurance Company for refund of the amount deposited in excess in the Registry. CMP No.16326 of 2025 has been filed by applicants-claimants No.1 and 2 for release of amount of compensation as per their entitlement in their favour. Main appeal has been decided on the basis of amicable settlement arrived at between the parties in National Lok Adalat on 10.05.2025. In view of above settlement, Registry is directed to release amount of compensation to applicants No.1 and 2 as per their entitlement, in terms of final settlement alongwith proportionate interest in their favour, as per their entitlement and according to their share, by remitting the same in their bank accounts, mentioned in para-2 of the application CMP No.16326 of 2025, photocopies of front pages of Pass Books whereof have been annexed with this application. The amount in excess deposited by the Insurance Company is also directed to be released to the Insurance Company, alongwith up-to-date interest, by remitting the same in its bank account, mentioned in prayer clause of CMP No.15558 of 2025. Applications stand disposed of. CMP No.8400 of 2025 In view of order passed in CMP No.16326 of 2025, this application has become infructuous. Therefore, the same is disposed of accordingly.
