Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned State counsel for opposite party no.1 and Mr. Satyanshu Ojha, learned counsel for opposite parties no.2 & 3 whose power filed today is taken on record. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking the following main relief:- "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to pay minimum of regular pay scale of Rs. 18000/- per month as per the recommendation of 7th Pay Commission w.e.f. 01.01.2016. (ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to pay arrears of minimum of regular pay scale of Rs. 18000/- per month as per the recommendation of 7th Pay Commission w.e.f. 01.01.2016 to the petitioner with interest." 3. Since consideration of petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Neelesh Kumar Yadav, Abhaya Kumar Yadav Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Prashant Kumar Singh Ram Autar And 5 Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioners to file fresh individual representations before opposite party No.2 i.e. Vice Chancellor, Acharya Narendra Dev University of Agriculture and Technology, Kumarganj, Ayodhya. In case such representations are filed, the same shall be decided within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
