Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.290 of 2024, under Section 376(3) IPC, P.S. Khiro, District Raebareli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argues that the applicant was granted bail under Section 376 IPC & Section 3/4 of POCSO Act vide order dated 28.10.2025. Subsequently, the charge was altered as Section 376(3) IPC. 4. Considering and adopting the reasoning as contained in the order dated 28.10.2025, the applicant is entitled to be enlarged on bail on the newly added Section 376(3) IPC. In view thereof, the application is allowed. 5. Let the applicant Ravendra @ Ravindra Kumar be released on bail in aforesaid FIR number on the same terms and conditions as contained in the order dated 28.10.2025. 6. The applicant need not to furnish fresh bail bond and sureties and the same deposited in pursuance to the order dated 28.10.2025 shall make good.
