JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 19-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 321 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 78(2), 79, 64(1), 351(2) of BNS, 2023. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner had established a relationship with the victim girl and thereafter started blackmailing her. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 07.09.2024. He was caught by the railway police in the train Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9517 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 while misbehaving with the victim when she was going to appear in an exam. 5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and therefore, the present bail application is hereby rejected. 7.
