Dubey, A.P.P. 05/ 13.08.2025: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Narkopi P.S. Case No.38/2024, registered for the offence under Sections 140(3), 352, 351(3), 115(2), 79, 324(4), 308(7), 61(2), 196(2) an 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/4 of the Witch Craft Practices Act, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 7. He submits that there are general and omnibus allegation's against the petitioner. He also submits that the petitioner has not assaulted anybody and only allegation is made of destroying boring pipe. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegation of destroying boring pipe is there. 4. Considering that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner and there is no injury to any person and he has got no criminal antecedent and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Narkopi P.S.
