Shri Gyanendra Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the appellant has placed before us an order dated 7.10.2025 passed by this Bench in Special Appeal No.450 of 2018 and submitted that this appeal is also against the similar judgement, therefore, the same order be passed. 2. The aforesaid order dated 7.10.2025 is quoted herein below:- "1. Heard Shri Gyanendra Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the appellant. None has put in appearance for the contesting respondents. 2. The appeal arises out of writ petition pertaining to NEET, 2018. No stay was granted herein, therefore, we are of the opinion that this appeal has outlived its utility. If any legal issues are involved, they can be raised by the appellant herein if the occasion so arises in future in any other proceeding. 3. The appeal is accordingly disposed of." 3. Shri Ganesh Nath Mishra, learned counsel for respondent no.1 has no objection to the same. 4. The appeal is disposed of in terms of the above-quoted order.
