Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State has handed over a copy of the instructions, the same is taken on record. 2. Heard Ms. Manisha Singh, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State- respondents. 3. By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. At the very outset, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions received, states that specific statement has been recorded before concerned verifying officer from the police department by the family members of both the petitioners, through which it is transpired that family members of both the petitioners are having no problem or any objection arising out of solemnization of marriage between petitioner nos. 1 and 2 and as such no cause survive before petitioner nos. 1 and 2 for pursuing the instant petition and hence the prayer cannot be exceeded as mentioned in the instant petition. 5.
