Challenging action of respondent No.5 in allowing the respondent Nos.6 to 10 distributing the pamphlets about Brahmotsavam being conducted by the temple, depicting themselves as founder family member(s) of respondent No.4-Temple, Chinnagollapalli. Prakasam District the instant writ petition is filed. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, Smt. Anne Devi Subhashini, learned Standing Counsel for Endowments appearing for respondents Nos.4 and 5, has placed on record a copy of the written instructions received from the respondent and submits that the "Brahmotsavalu are scheduled to be conducted from 10.05.2025 to 15.05.2025. In connection with this, the respondent No.5-Executive Officer of the Temple has issued pamphlets to inform the general public about the rituals and celebrations that would be conducted during the "Brahmotsavalu" of the temple. Learned counsel further submits that the issue regarding the recognition of the unofficial respondent No.6 as a member of the founder family is still pending adjudication before the Endowments Tribunal. It is further stated that the "Brahmotsavalu" are being conducted by the Temple and not by the unofficial respondent No.6. 4. In view of foregoing, no further directions are required to be issued. Issuance of any pamphlets by the unofficial respondent, would not confer any right on them and the same would only to the extent of spreading the information about the festival and the celebrations thereon. The distribution of the pamphlets in the present case is more or less is to reach out to the general public informing them about the event, which is being conducted by the Temple. 5. 6. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. Sd/- N.
