No.618 of 2025. 2. This case is registered for the alleged offence u/s.430, 397, 362, 395 of IPC, 1860. The stolen property has been recovered and handed over to the defacto complainant. The defacto complainant is not traceable. In respect of some of the accused the case was also committed and it is not even known as to what had happened to the committed case. It is stated that the records are also no more available. The case is pending from the year 1998. Even if the accused is identified and the warrant is executed, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the matter pending.
