The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 357/2024 arising out of Birsanagar P.S. Case No. 30/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 660/2024, for the offences registered under Section 364-A of the I.P.C. subsequently charge has been framed under Section 364-A/34, 302/34, 120B & 201 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Addl. Session Judge-III, Jamshedpur. 3. The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 6702/2024 vide order dated 26.09.2024. 4. On 11.03.2024, at about 1:30 p.m., the petitioner along with the co- accused persons, honey trapped the son of the Informant. He was abducted for realizing ransom. Later on, the son of the Informant was murdered by the accused persons. 5. During the course of investigation, the petitioner was apprehended and on her confession co-accused Raunak Kumar Verma was also apprehended. On the basis of confession of this petitioner, watch of the deceased was recovered from the possession of the co-accused Raunak Kumar Verma. It further appears that on point out of this petitioner and co- accused, dead body of the deceased was recovered. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, her prayer for bail stands rejected. 7. The learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial.
