Agarwala, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. This application has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the Order dated 22.04.2025, passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Morigaon in MAC Case No.87/2020. 3. On 22.04.2025, both sides were absent. The claimant was to take steps for service of notice upon the opposite parties. The Tribunal held that since 21.01.2025, no steps were taken by the claimant for that matter, the claim petition was dismissed. 4. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. The Order dated 22.04.2025 is set aside. 6. The MAC Case No.87/2020 is restored to file, the claimant shall be given adequate opportunity to take steps upon the opposite party. 7.
