At the very outset, learned AGA on the basis of averments contained in the counter affidavit states that charge-sheet dated 24.03.2025 has been filed in the court. 5. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 8. However, it is open for the petitioner to take appropriate remedy as may be available to him under the law.
