Heard Mr. Gitangshu Sekhar Das, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.
Registry has reported that Rs.13,74,331/- was deposited in the Registry by the United India Insurance Co. Ltd. Bank, which is lying in the C.A. account.
Mr. Pradyumna Gautam, learned counsel representing the Insurance Company, on the last occasion submitted that they had no objection if the amount was released in favour of the petitioner.

The Registry is directed to remit Rs.13,74,331/- (Rupees thirteen lakh seventy-four thousand three hundred & thirty-one) with
accrued interest, if any, to the bank account of the petitioner, Smti Babli Bhadra, after observing all necessary formalities.
Interlocutory application is, accordingly, disposed of.
