GUNESHWAR SHARMA Order 22.08.2025 [1] MC(WP(C) No. 594 of 2025 is filed by the petitioner for correcting the clerical mistake in first line of para 3 of the order dated 11.08.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 608 of 2025. The writ petition was disposed of by the said order on that day. [2] Mr. T. Rajendra, learned senior counsel for the applicant/petitioner, submits that from the first line of para 3 of the order dated 11.08.2025 the word “dated 12.07.2018” be deleted, as the same is wrongly mentioned and by deleting the same, the nature of the order will not be changed. [3] Mr. H. Debendra, learned Dy. A.G., submits that this Court may pass appropriate order in the facts of the present case. [4] Recording the submissions made at the bar, the word “dated 12.07.2018” is deleted from the first line of para 3 of the order dated 11.08.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 608 of 2025.
