By the present writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the transfer order dated 09/04/2025 Annexure P-1, by which, the petitioner has been transferred from Bilaspur to Surajpur on the AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Digitally signed by AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Date: 2025.04.17 17:03:22 +0530 2 / 3 post of Deputy Commissioner Cooperative/Deputy Registrar Cooperative Societies. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the husband of the petitioner is suffering from mouth cancer (Carcinoma in mouth) and he is getting treatment at Apollo Hospital, Bilaspur. He further submits that the first surgery was performed on 26/12/2023 and thereafter, second surgery was performed on 18/09/2024. Copy of the of discharge summary of treatment of petitioner is marked as Annexure P-2. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that to redress the grievance of the employees who have been transferred by the State, a committee has been constituted on 03.03.2025 and if the petitioner will approach the committee, said committee shall consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with the policy of the State Government and grievance if any raised by the petitioner, the same shall be redressed within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings and the documents. 5. Looking to the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the husband of petitioner is suffering from mouth cancer (Carcinoma in mouth) and he is getting treatment at Apollo Hospital, Bilaspur, the petitioner shall approach the Committee constituted by the State Government and submit a representation within a period of 10 days. If the petitioner will file any such representation before the committee, the committee is directed to consider the same and pass necessary order in accordance with 3 / 3 the policy of the State Government by considering the grievance of the petitioner within a further period of 25 days. Till then, for the period of 35 days, the order impugned dated 09/04/2025 Annexure P-1 shall remain stayed. 6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
