Mr. Praneet Gupta, Advocate has put in appearance for non-applicant and has stated that the appellant has no objection in granting the prayer made in the application. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The balance award amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court along with proportionate interest accrued thereon be released in favour of the applicants in accordance with their respective shares by remitting the same in their respective bank accounts details of which have been provided in para- 5 of the application after due verification.
