These Contempt Cases are filed complaining willful violation of the interim orders dated 14.02.2025, passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2025 in W.P.Nos.26704, 26940 and 26546 of 2024, respectively wherein this Court passed the following order: 2. '....In view of the fact that the withdrawal proceedings bearing No.NCC(AP&T)/162/6/P&C dated 23.07.2024 were suspended vide order dated 19.12.2024 passed in I.A.No.01 of 2024, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the respondents to permit the NCC Cadets in the petitioner college to appear for ‘B’ and ‘C’ certificates examination scheduled to be held on 23.02.2025 and 16.02.2025. However, the same shall be subject to the result of the writ petition. The petition is ordered accordingly. ” 3. Respondent No.2 has filed a counter stating that, if the petitioner colleges submit the details of the students, the respondent authorities ready to prepare a list and conduct the examination to the students who otherwise eligible, and also give training to the said students after obtaining the appropriate permission from the competent authority i.e.. Director General, NCC, New Delhi to conduct examination for C Certification and Deputy Director General, A.P. & Telangana at Hyderabad for B Certification. are are 4. Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, has further stated that the respondent authorities are ready to conduct the examinations to the 5 VS,J . C.C.Nos.1293,1294 & 1296 of2025 ^ petitioners after giving training to the said students by obtaining appropriate permission from the competent authorities, and as such requested this Court to close the contempt cases.
