For the Respondents: Mr. Vinod Kumar Gupta, Advocate. ____________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): Precisely, the grouse of the petitioner, as has been highlighted in the petition and further canvassed by Mr. Manohar Lal Sharma, learned counsel representing the petitioner, is that though services of the petitioner have been regularized and after having calculated arrears, some amount has been paid to the petitioner, but as of today, sum of Rs. 3,65,519/- remains to be paid by the respondent-Corporation. He states that now respondents have decided to pay the afore amount in installments. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. Mr. Vinod Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation, stats that entire balance sum, as detailed hereinabove, shall be paid to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within six months. 3. In view of the aforesaid undertaking given by the learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are disposed with a direction to the respondents to ensure that balance sum of Rs. 3,65,519/- is paid to the petitioner within six months, failing which, respondent-Corporation would be liable to pay interest at the rate of 6% per annum from the date such amount fell due till its realization.
