Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 2. The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 18.08.2025 passed by IInd Additional Sessions Judge, Raebareli in Criminal Revision No.258 of 2024 (Alok Kumar Yadav vs. State of U.P. and another) as well as summoning order dated 21.08.2024, passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Raebareli as well as the entire proceedings arising out of Complaint Case No.5105 of 2025, (Lal Gopal vs. Alok Kumar Yadav ) under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station Mill Area, District Raebareli. 3. At the very outset, counsel for the applicant states that the offence is punishable upto seven years and applicant will apply for bail. However, he has submitted that the applicant may be granted the benefit of the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another reported in (AIR 2022 SC 3386). 4. It is therefore, directed that in case the applicant applies for bail before the Court concerned within one week from today, the court below will decide the said bail application within two weeks thereafter taking into account the law laid down by the Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil (supra). 5. For a period of three weeks. no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant in the aforesaid case. 6. The application stands disposed of. 7. It is made clear that no application for extension of time shall be entertained if this order is not availed by the applicant in the stipulated period of time.
