A perusal of the same goes to reveal that the applicant, herein, in terms of the liberty granted by this Court vide order, dated 16.09.2024, had appeared before the I.O. of the case, and his statement was also recorded. It is seen that the applicant is cooperating with the investigation of the matter. In view of the above, the interim pre-arrest bail as granted to the applicant by this Court vide order, dated 16.09.2024, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions that he shall continue to cooperate with the investigation of the matter and he shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to the Police Officer and/or tamper with the evidence of the case.
