Present petition has been preferred with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to produce the corpus/petitioner no. 2 before this Court. 3. At the very outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner no. 2-corpus who is wife of petitioner no. 1 escaped with respondent no. 4 on dated 22.01.2025 since she was in love with respondent no. 4 hence this petition has been preferred with the prayer to produce corpus from illegal detention of respondent no. 4. 4. Once, it has already been admitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that corpus-petitoner no. 2 on her own will, went away with respondent no. 4 then there is no justification to espouse the allegation of illegal detention as made through the instant petition and hence the instant petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
