The petitioner submits that the representations made by him have not been considered till date by the officers concerned. 4. In light of the same, we direct the authorities concerned to pass a reasoned order upon the representations of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner 5.
