The petitioner is an accused in connection with Narayanpur PS Case No. 13/2025. The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have abducted the daughter of the informant for the purposes of converting her religion. In her statement recorded, the victim has stated about her going with the petitioner to Howrah and when the petitioner received the call of the father of the victim both had returned back to Dhanbad. The statement of the victim therefore indicates a love affair between the petitioner and the victim. The petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2025. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara in connection with Narayanpur PS Case No. 13/2025, corresponding to ST Case No.60/2025.
