Shailendra Nath Tripathi, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, district Gonda, submits that charge-sheet dated 09.02.2025 has been prepared against the petitioner and two other accused and the same has been submitted in the concerned Court. Thereafter, charge- sheet dated 25.05.2025 has been prepared against co-accused Vinay Kumar Pandey and the same has been submitted in the concerned Court, therefore, this petition has lost its efficacy.
