Issue writ in the nature of madamus directing the respondent No.2 and 3 to give necessary police protection to the life of the petitioner and his wife by considering the compliant/ representation submitted to the respondent No.2 and 3 dtd. 02.02.2025 under ANNEXURE - K. 2. Issue such other order direction as may be deemed fit to grant in the circumstances of the case." 2. The petitioner submits a representation on 20.01.2025 in the form of a complaint to be registered against the defendants in O.S.No.437/2025. The petitioner is said to have been granted injunction at the hands of the concerned - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:9323 WP No. 5263 of 2025 Court and is in peaceful possession of the property pursuant to the said crime. Owing to certain disturbance by the defendants in the said suit, the petitioner then registers a complaint. The dispute is between the husband and the wife. Photographs are appended to the petition, which prima facie demonstrate that there has been some overt acts by the father-in-law and the daughter-in-law of the petitioner, whatsapp messages are also produced. Therefore, the respondent - Police shall on analyzing the threat to the life and limb of the petitioner in real time grant police protection as is sought for and as and when is required for.
