Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the absolute owners and possessors of the residential plots situated in Sy.No.457-1C, Sy.No.456, sub division sy.No.457- 1C2, 456-1, 456-2 456-3 and 456-4 totalling to an extent of Ac.20.4564 cents in Sreekantapuram Village, Hindupur Municipal area, Hindupur Mandal, Sri Satya Sai District. The petitioners made an application for approval of residential layout plan in the subject property. The land (Government Poramoke) admeasuring to an extent of Ac.0.30 cents in Sy.No.457-2(B) is left vacant and the same is proposed for road. The said land is very much required for 3 •the utilization of the plot owners in the layout. The Government of Andhra Pradesh issued G.O.Ms.No.3G4 Rvenue (ASSG.I) Department dated 11.06.2018 delegating the powers to the District Collectors for alienation of the government land on payment of market value upto Ac.0-50 cents. The petitioners made a representation dated 03.03.2025 to the 2""^ respondent requesting to alienate the said government poramboke land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.0.30 cents on payment of market value for road access. But till date the 2""' respondent has not initiated any steps. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents submits that if the petitioners submit fresh application, the respondents will consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time. 5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for ;the respondents, it is observed that the Government of Andhra Pradesh issued G.O.1\/ls.No.304 dated 11.06.2018 delegating the powers to the District Collectors for alienation of the government land on payment of the market value upto Ac.0-50 cents. As such, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the petitioners to submit fresh application to the 2 respondent, within a period of three(3) weeks from the date of nd 4 receipt of copy of this Order. After such submission, respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the reference to G.O.Ms.No.304 dated 11.06.2018 issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, within a period of three(3) months thereafter. nd the 2 same with 6.
