Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking following main relief (s) :- "i. Issue an, order or direction, to commanding to finally decide the Case No. 1929/2024 (Smt Poonam Kumari Vs Dharmendra Kumar) filled Under Section 144 of B.N.S.S. that is pending before Principal Judge, Family court, Sultanpur, since-17/12/2024 and is being annexed as ANNEXURE NO.1. to this petition in stipulated time in the interest of justice." 3. Learned A.G.A., at the very outset, raised a preliminary objection stating that the petitioner has a remedy under Section 529 of the B.N.S.S., 2023. 4. On being confronted, after taking note of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy available. 5.
