Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned 2. Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 2 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are being called to the police station for the settling the civil disputes, under the guise of investigation in connection with Crime No. 335 of 2024, in which they have been arrayed as accused. He further submits that, at the instance of the petitioners, two separate crimes have been registered. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions submitted that only with respect to crimes registered against the petitioners they were called upon to respond to notice under Section 41A Cr.P.C., and that the respondent Nos.4 and 5 are not insisting the petitioners in settlement of their private disputes. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions and having regard to the fact that the respondent Nos.4 and 5 are not interfering with the civil disputes and not insisting the petitioners to settle the matter, the grievance of the petitioners stands addressed. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
