The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in related to the case of the petitioners from respondent authorities for its kind perusal. Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI 2 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ / writs, direction / directions, order / orders directing the respondents authority to stay the departmental enquiry during the pendency of the criminal trial.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 2 and 3 would submit that the petition was filed by the petitioner for stay of further proceedings of departmental enquiry. He would contend that another departmental enquiry was initiated against the petitioner and he has been terminated from the services on 31st January, 2025 and thus, the petition has become infructuous. 3. Learned Deputy Government Advocate appearing for the State would endorse the submission made by learned counsel for respondents No. 2 and 3. 4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has already been removed from services in departmental enquiry vide order dated 31.01.2025, in my opinion, nothing survives for adjudication. 5.
