The present application under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed with a prayer to issue a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Gautam Buddha Nagar to decide the Protest Petition No. 3241 of 2024 (State vs. Dharmveer and others) within stipulated period. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the application and wants liberty to file a appropriate application before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
