The petitioners of both the aforesaid cases seek bail in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 393 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 352, 351(2), 132, 326(g), 326(f), 127(2), 324(4) of the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9728 of 2025(4) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of assaulting the police officials. 4. The petitioner Vilas Das @ Bilash Das is in custody since 11.11.2024 and the petitioner Vikash Kumar is in custody since 24.12.2024. 5. Considering the nature of allegation and the period of custody, this application is allowed. 6. Let the petitioner of both the aforesaid cases, above named i.e. Vilas Das @ Bilash Das and Vikash Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Paraiya P.S.
