The 2 (RNT,J & CGR,J W.P.NO.9882OF 2017 ) 1st respondent was suspended vide proceedings in Rc.No.1/PR/2012/R.O.O.No.16/2012, dated 14.02.2012, on the ground of his involvement in the Criminal cases. Aggrieved by the proceedings dated 14.2.2012, the 1st respondent/applicant filed O.A.6720 of 2014 before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (in short ‘Tribunal’) Hyderabad. The Tribunal, vide order dated 15.11.2017, passed the following order : “POINT (III) : For the reasons stated under points (i) and (ii), the O.A. is allowed and the impugned proceedings in Rc.No.01/PR/2012/R.O.O.No.16/2012, dated 14.02.2012, issued by the 1st respondent are suspended with a direction to the respondents to reinstate the applicant into service within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without prejudice to the right of the respondents to take further action against the applicant in accordance with Andhra Pradesh Civil Service (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991, subject to the result of the pending criminal cases against him. Applicant shall cooperate with the respondents in conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings, if any, initiated against him on the basis of the above criminal cases. The CA is closed. No costs.” 3. Challenging the order passed by the Tribunal, dated 15.11.2016, the State-authorities filed the present writ petition. 4. On 21.03.2017, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court granted interim suspension of the order of the Tribunal, as prayed for. 3 (RNT,J & CGR,J W.P.NO.9882OF 2017 ) 5. Learned counsels for the petitioners and 1st respondent/applicant submit that the applicant’s suspension was revoked, and he also superannuated on 30.4.2019. The enquiry could not be completed. Learned counsel for the 1st respondent further submits that out of three Criminal cases, the 1st respondent/applicant was acquitted in two Criminal cases, while one is still pending. 6. Considering the aforesaid subsequent developments, as also the direction issued by the Tribunal, we are not inclined to interfere with the same. 7. The Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
