Impugned in this petition is the order dated 16.01.2025 passed by the learned District Judicial Magistrate (Traffic), Kathua in case titled as “Sh. Karan Singh Vs. Sh. Jatinder Singh”, whereby the interim order dated 22.03.2021 has been directed to be implemented through Police Station, Kathua. 2. Mr. O. P. Thakur, learned senior counsel for the petitioner contends that the pleadings are complete and despite lapse of four years, application for grant of interim relief filed by the respondent has not been decided by the trial court till date. 3. This Court is not inclined to entertain the instant petition, as such, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the learned District Judicial Magistrate (Traffic), Kathua to dispose of the application for interim relief filed by the respondent within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
