1. Heard Mr. M. Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D.P Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. By this application, the petitioner has prayed for pre-arrest bail in connection with Simla P.S Case No. 47/2025 registered under Section 69 of B.N.S, 2023.
3. The F.I.R dated 14.08.2025, lodged by the victim reveals that the victim and the petitioner were in a love relationship for 4 years and that the petitioner, on the pretext of marrying the victim, had indulged in physical relationship with the victim. The victim also stated that if she tries to avoid the relationship, the accused threatened to kill her.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that charge-sheet has been submitted in the case pursuant to completion of investigation. In the given facts and circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 28.08.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions : i) That the petitioner shall be available for trial, if on commences; ii) That the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. iii) That the petitioner shall not cause any harm or

5. Violations of bail conditions will entail bail cancellation.
6. With the above observations, this anticipatory bail petition stands allowed and stands disposed of.
