Police Station Peasepur, Disdtrict Gonda ( State Vs. ASif and others) pending in the court of IXth Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gonda." In this case, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 filed a copy of the judgement passed in Sessions Trial No.201 of 2019 : State Vs. Asif and another, Crime No.267 of 2016 (supra) in which petitioner no.1 Asif and petitioner no.2 Arif have been acquitted from the charge of Sections 308, 323, 504 I.P.C. In view of the acquittal of the aforesaid accused/petitioners, now nothing remains to be adjudicated in the matter and the petition has become Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Vijay Kumar Mishra Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A., Alok Srivastava Asif And Anr. .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P.
