Khajuria, Advocate for the non-applicant/respondent. By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to extend the time to deposit the compounding fee. The dispute, between the parties, was settled on 13.03.2025, subject to deposit of the compounding fee, which was ordered to be 5% of the cheque amount and the same was ordered to be deposited within a period of six weeks, from the date of passing of the said order. However, said order has not been complied with. As such, the present application has been moved. In view of the no objection, made by learned counsel, appearing for the non-applicant/respondent, the application, under consideration, is allowed. Let, judgment dated 13.03.2025 be complied with, within a period of two weeks, from today, failing which, the consequences, as per judgment dated 13.03.2025, shall ensue.
