This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ, order or direction more fully one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in involving in civil disputes/ matters to resolve the same at the instance of the respondents 5 AND 6 and causing hardship to the petitioner, as biased, illegal and void and consequently direct the 4th respondent not to interfere with the property rights of the petitioner in respect of his agriculture dry land admeasuring Ac. 11-49 Cents, situated at Pamayyagaripalli Village, Basinikonda Panchayat, Madanapalle Mandal, Chittoor District hereinafter to secure the ends of justice and pass..…”
2. Heard Sri G.Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the police are not interfering in the matter, since it is a civil in nature. 4. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute. There shall be no order as to costs.
