Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.813 of 2025, under Section 69, 351(3), 352 BNS, P.S. Kotwali Akbarpur, District Ambedkar Nagar. 3. FIR in question was lodged alleging that on false pretext of marriage, physical relations were being formed by the applicant for the last two years. It was also alleged that abortion was also got done. Tentative age of the victim is 29 years. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application. 5. Considering the age of the victim and the fact that the relationship lasted over a span of two years, the applicant who is in custody since 27.10.2025 having no criminal antecedents, is entitled to be enlarged on bail. In view thereof, the application is allowed. 6. Let the applicant Amir Khan be released on bail in aforesaid FIR number on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties of Rs.20,000/- each to the satisfaction of court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Umesh Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
