Vashisht, Advocate. _______________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): Precisely, the grouse of the petitioner, as has been highlighted in the petition and further canvassed by Mr. Surinder Saklani, learned counsel for the petitioner is that representation(Annexure P-1) having been filed by the petitioner against the order passed by the Regional Manager/Divisional Manager, thereby imposing penalty of censure and Rs. 2861 is not being decided, as a result thereof, petitioner is suffering for no fault of him. 2. Mr. Dheeraj K. Vashisht, Advocate, while putting appearance on behalf of the respondents, fairly states that 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 revision petition, if not already decided, shall be decided expeditiously. 3. Consequently, in view of the above, this Court without going into the merits of the case deems it fit to dispose of the present petition with a direction to the Managing Director, Himachal Road Transport Corporation to consider and decide the representation(Annexure P-1) having been filed by the petitioner against the order passed by the Regional Manager/Divisional Manager, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks. Ordered accordingly. Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing the needful in terms of instant order, shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass a speaking order thereupon.
