By means of the instant writ petition filed in public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for removal of encroachment over khalihan land bearing gata no. 191 measuring 0.380 hec. situated at Village Kudwa, Post Jaisingh Mau, Tehsil Bikapur, Ayodhya. 3. The learned Standing Counsel has submitted that an order under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has also been passed for removal of encroachment and an application for setting aside exparte order is pending consideration. 4. Keeping in view the aforesaid statement, the writ petition is disposed of by providing that the pending proceedings in respect of encroachment made over the aforesaid land shall be disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
