LAKSHMANA RAO WRIT PETITION NO: 12642 of 2025 ■..,y Order: The Writ Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by the action of the respondent Nos.6 to 15 in socially boycotting the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, 2. has furnished written instructions received from the Station House Officer, Jeelugumilli Police Station wherein it is stated that basing on the complaint filed by the petitioner on 21.04.2024, the Station House Officer, Jeelugumalli Police Station addressed a letter to the Tahsildar, Jeelugumalli Mandal to give counseling to unofficial respondents and the petitioner and that they were accordinigy summoned and the respondent police along with the Tahsildar of Jeelugumilli Mandal conducted counseling to the unofficial respondents and the petitioner and socially sensitized them. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the action of the Tahsildar of Jeelugumilli Mandal has not yielded any positive result. In view of the above, the 2'^'^ respondent and the 3'^'^ respondent i.e., the District Collector and the Superintendent of Police, Eluru District, are directed to take necessary steps in this regard.
