This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature ofMandamus commanding the opposite parties to transfer the investigation of the Case Crime NO. 29 of 2025 under Sections 354, 323, 504, 34 IPC at Police Station-Sonwa, District Shravasti to any other police station or independent agency of if possible to the CBCID and to decide the application dated 25.2.2025. Learned AGA, on the basis of averments contained in paragraph nos. 9 and 10 of the counter affidavit, states that the investigation has been concluded and the charge sheet dated 23.3.2025 has been submitted before the supervisory authority against the accused persons. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the respondents have proceeded with the investigation and have also submitted a charge sheet in the matter.
